Do not hurt yourself there old girl. Stick to mall walking and that big rubber ball that you work out with and sit ups yes those work great. Glad to see you work out my wife does all the time and when she does miss a day she is not happy. I do every other day treadmill and that is enough. Gray and happy that is not a bad place to be. I am sure you do not color do you :laugh:

No, the trainer doesn't use the rubber ball. He believes in old fashioned torture. Like an incline bench and sit ups!!!!!!!!:mad: Yes, I curse him in a nice christian kind of way while I do it. Then he provides further torture which requires you to get up against a wall, slide down it into a sitting position, and sit there for a minute. Try it and let me know if you can make it to 20 seconds. It's pure H*ll.

I guess somebody helped you get past that bad ole number.:D If it had been Brain, it probably would have been left there.

Abby Normal Brain is a type of the anti Christ but not near good enough to be the real deal. Just a cheap box cedar if you know what that means :eek:
