Viking ship lands in Ireland after nearly 1,000 yrs
 
DUBLIN (Reuters) - A reconstructed Viking ship pulled into Dublin on Tuesday nearly 1,000 years after the original sank off Denmark's coast, with its crew retracing the gruelling voyages made by marauding Nordic raiders to Ireland.

That is a good post. Eric the Red they came a Viking ! I have done much reading on the Vikings and there raids. Many times the ladies wanted to go with the Vikings because they were tall blond haired men and nice to the eyes of the girls of Ireland and England.

Isaac, have you seen the movie "PATHFINDER"? It just came out on dvd, and is about the Vikings coming to america before.....
