To be honest.. it'll be a freakin' Merry Christmas if I manage to stay the heck away from any darn Wal-Mart this holiday season. :D

I could sue Walmart for religious descrimination but I heard that they don't play that game. Walmart policy is NOT to settle but rather to go to court. Good for them! :D Don't back down!

Wal-Mart has mighty big shoulders and can fight back. I would love to see the ACLU try to take them on. If the ACLU can find the right puppet Judge they can win about anything. A good lawyer knows the law and a great lawyer knows the Judge. We as a country have let the lawyers and courts give out settlements and entitlements to the point of no return. Event horizon has been reached and this election is proof of that.

"religious discrimination" in this context isn't against the law.

True, but that never stopped people from trying and setting new precedents. The law is ever changing... If it doesn't suit you, then lobby to change it. Appeal like there is no tomorrow. If you are Bellsouth or the AARP, you are likely to win. Does Walmart have a large lobby force in DC? I would not be surprised if it did.
