I bet they will not have to tell her next time. It seems like a right of passage for the young girls in the media all the time. I think like a bad child that needs attention.

Sergeant John Gass says the child was soaked with sweat and had a rope tied to one of his ankles. Gass says the temperature was in the 80s Saturday in Ringgold.
