I see the French voted for the conservative candidate who is pro American. It is about time they got on the wagon and quit biting the hand that feeds.

It's my understanding the guy has something like 85% of the voter turnout.

Apparently the French not only remember what we've done for them, the vast majority still seem eager to be allies with America instead of our enemy.

I don't think the winner had a vast majority.. seems like it was 50 something % to 40 something %, but it was an 85% voter turn out all in all.
