We need snow and lots of it. Does it ever snow here ? Well the snow man can just wait then Happy New Year we made another one. 2007 is going to be the year of the Saints ! :gosaints:

I remember a few good snows in the mid and late 60's. As a kid I even build a snowman or two! :D It snowed once in November around 1970 but it didn't stick. The best snow that I recall was in 77 or 78 when we got a hefty 8 to 10 inches. I was in high school and remember driving around Shreveport listening to REO Speedwagon's song "Riding the Storm Out". :D

Last real good snow was 1985
 
I guess we are due for one. Jan and Feb is a good time for snow or a ice storm. It always freezes when the peaches bloom in the spring and it always rains in the fall when it is time to pick cotton. I know when I got up this morning I did not feel any global warming :D
