This is bad but where on earth is his PARENTS. What kind of people lets a 13 year old on the road unsupervised? :confused:

I used to sneak out at night and take my parents' car when I was 14.

That is most likely the cause of this accident. I think alot of kids do it, they just are fortunate enough to sneak the car in and out without incident. This is very tragic!:(

This is tragic, it is something that this child will have to live with for a long time I think or hope. If it doesn't make an impact then he as not learned anything. But his parents should have kept a better eye.
