17 Local Law Officers Were Arrested in 2007
 

17 officers from six jurisdictions were jailed in 2007; 9 from the Shreveport Police Department and 3 from the Bossier City Police Department

This is insane! No wonder there's so much difficulty getting a handle on local crime when so many of the officers are crooks themselves!:nono:You'd think it was New Orleans or New York with these disappointing stats!:(

Of those 17 arrests, two have already had charges dropped and most are still awaiting trial, so it's premature to label all of the 15 as criminals.
