Gators #1 - LSU #3 - AP Poll
 

The Gators finished atop The Associated Press Top 25 after upsetting Ohio State 41-14 in the BCS national championship game Monday night, a matchup Florida lobbied hard for late in the regular season when it looked as if the Gators would be left out.

#3 for the tigers ? the problem with college football unlike their baseball is there is no super bowl so at the end there is no climax for the winner or looser because they are still fighting over who is #1 :confused:

Florida was not #1 all season and in one game they are on the top ? The system in place for picking #1 has many problems. I not saying LSU should be #1 but Florida ?

Well now I would say that they have to vote on who is #1 then not everyone is sure :confused: The Gators have a good team but they did not get the vote all year is there a political agenda here ? I would vote for a final bowl game with all the pomp of the pros. All I am saying is there is not a good way to finish the year with out a regional or super regional and a final. I think LSU got the shaft on the Auburn game and should be #1 BIG TIME bad call cost them the game and the year.

I agree with you Cichlid Man. They need to get there act together and stop voting on who is #1 this is not ice skating or bull riding. Yes LSU did get a bad call and it should be LSU #1 :rolleyes:

There is no way LSU is the best team in the country. And I say this as a huge LSU fan.
