Should Russia Fear Our Missile Defense Program?
 

U.S. President George W. Bush said Tuesday that Russia was not his country's enemy and had nothing to fear from U.S. plans for a Europe-based missile defense program.

Of course they should. It renders them even more irrelevant.

The missile shield is the least of Russia's problems and they are to stupid to even know it. Russia backs Iran, Syria and China who all would like to see the UK and USA destroyed. Ha ! it might look bad at times but it will never happen !

I don't think they have anything to "fear" from our missile defense plans, but like other people who shelter themselves from the world, I don't expect him to be able to understand that EVERYTHING in the world changes and that our goals have shifted from annihilating an enemy to minimizing the amount of damage they can inflict on our civilian population.

Not a shift I am particularly proud of, but that's what happens to any government run entity when political morons are allowed to vote.

Seems to me we don't even need to develop such as program. The mere mention of it causes communist empires to dissolve! :D

I was really thinking more along the lines of patriot missiles....
