Growing Schools But Too Many Academically Unacceptable!
 

Linwood Middle School in Shreveport is academically unacceptable — and it's not alone.

That campus and 11 other inner-city schools in the Caddo public school system are labeled academically unacceptable, the state Education Department said Thursday.

We need one giant neighborhood school that covers the whole district and 10 magnet schools so we'll only have one academically unacceptable school. Run the big one like a prison.

Whom am I kidding? We don't have enough smart kids to fill 10 magnet schools.

I think we should outsource school administration to the private sector just like we do prisons.
