Saints vs. Falcons Week 3
 

Are you ready for some FOOTBALL!
So the Saints are 2-0, so are the Falcons, and this is the BIG HOME Game on MONDAY NIGHT.. this has all the trappings for New Orleans to get BEAT BAD!!
I'll be rootin' for the home team, but I got a BAD FEELING.. I know, I know.. but hey, I've been a Saints fan for a long time.. I've seen this too many times..

somebody CHEER me up, and tell me how the Saints are gonna beat the Falcons !!!????

on a good note, The Saints have now completely sold out the ENTIRE regular season home games in the Superdome for this year.

So I read that the Falcons are favored by 3.5 points.. I guess that's encouraging.. it's not 14 points :)

The Falcons are a very good defensive team and have an brutal rushing attack. I don't think the Saints will win this game. I also think 3.5 is being generous to the Saints. I look for a score more along the lines of ATL 24
NO 14.

I'm so afraid you are right. Just too much riding on this game for the Saints to win.. the fact they are 2-0 means they are due ;) add to that it's Monday Night Game, and the first home game in NO.

o.k. then.. so we've had all week to think about it.. Everyone appears to be unanimous in agreeing the Saints are gonna lose this one.

I wish they weren't playing against the Falcons this particular week.. first home game and a MONDAY NIGHT game. But so be it.

guess I'll be prayin' for a miracle then :)

Any good clubs or sports bars out there.. a good place to see a Monday Night game that anyone can suggest ?

I predict the score will be Saints 24 Falcons 23.

I think the Saints will win because:

a) they are on a winning streak
b) spirit of the first home game since Katrina
c) Gov Blanco said they would...

Well two out of three isn't too bad.... ;)
