Allendale meat cutters sure do not look like that today :D That is a great photo of how things really were in the day. I think the meat cutters turned into cake cutters that turned into butter cutters.

Many thanks to Doug and any others that have posted these photos. I have told others about them and they too have enjoyed the post. Looking at this photo I think of field of unpicked cotton :D I would be willing to bet you could not find any cotton on that street now :eek: :eek:
