YouTube Democratic Debate Tonight

The CNN-YouTube debate in Charleston, South Carolina, Monday night could look like seven against one: seven Democratic contenders trying to challenge Clinton as "The Inevitable" -- and competing with each other to become "The Alternative."

Looks like this is generating alot of excitement....

By tomorrow there will be the posting of the big mistakes of tonight. We have come to a time where the world is living in real time  I would not vote for Sen Clinton but it looks like she is going to be the front runner. Who she picks as a running mate will make or break her. Let us hope break :D

My prediction is a Hillary Clinton/Barack Hussien Obama ticket. I'm thinking it would be very politicly incorrect for someone named John, Mark, or Luke to drop a nuke on Iran. But a muslim name like Barak Hussien Obama....That sounds better.. Backed by a woman....hmmm... That's the ticket! ;)

Isaac-Saxxon 07-23-2007 12:26 PM

I believe that would be just the ticket the GOP would hope for. The idea a woman and rag head would be running this country/world scares the hell out of most Americans and should.

I think if Hillary chooses Obama, then they will loose. I really don't think this country is ready for a "Hussien" in the White house just yet, and both conservative and moderate voters will come out of the woodwork to stop it. A woman in the whitehouse would be a big enough step for many Americans. Maybe she will realize this and choose a more traditional running mate to garnish more votes. That is my prediction. But I do think I'm onto something by having a Hussien Whitehouse dropping nukes in the middle east. Nobody else could come close with getting away with it.

No need for nukes rhertz. There will no winners if the one world we live in is shattered. President Bush or the Jews will put the hurt on Iran and like any other war break there economy and you break them. Iran is already in chaos and it would not take much. Time to use the big stick Mr. President.

I hope you are right Isaac. But I heard the same argument with Iraq wanting to rid themselves of Saddam and how the people were ready to break the bonds and join the civilized world. I fear Iran's nuke program and their rhetoric of wiping Israel off the map. I have no problem with deep penetrating nukes taking out their centrifuges.... I'm bleeding heart but not THAT bleeding heart. Religious fanatics don't need their thumb on a nuke, that much is clear.

New Questioners, But Few New Answers

I had not planned on watching this debate but my teenaged daughter came in the room while I was flipping channels and we paused here and began watching. I wanted to hear her unprompted comments. She asked me why Democrats were so closed minded, she stated that the White House was not ready for a woman or a Pres.Obama.
We both felt, however, Barack Obama was the most articulate and prepared. Others especially Hillary skirted around the questions. She even had to bring up yet AGAIN how the Dems should have won in 2000! The Republican YouTube debate is on in mid Sept. I'll be tuning in!:)

Did that hurt yall's feelings?
