How to play: I'll start the thread with a movie quote. First person to reply with the correct answer (what movie the quote is from), supplies a new movie quote.. and on it goes.

From one of my favorite movies :)

An answer to what? Are you asking who said the quote and what movie? If that's the case, that quote is by Eastwood in Unforgiven, I think. If that's the answer, I'll provide a quote after you confirm it.

Let's see. I'll try not to pick a quote from some rarely seen movie.

Oh! I know that one! That's Clairee from Steel Magnolias. I haven't seen that movie in years. Drum always cracked me up in the wedding scene when Ouiser gives him the @$$ end of the armadillo grooms cake and he replies, "Thanks Ouiser, nothing like a good piece of @$$". :rotflol:

o.k. I kind of new the answer to this one.. I remember the quote, I remember the scene when it was said. But for the life of me couldn't remember the name or the actors' name. which is why I STINK at this game.

Anyways, I went and asked the kids :) The answer is Major Payne.

Good job on the Steel Magnolias quote, Anime!! A true Southern classic! Every character in that movie was perfect for their part! Every LA groom should have an armadillo cake!!:)

O.k. here's an obsure one going back to 1999 :)

Yeah! It's Office Space! Seen it, loved it, and Lumberg is a freak! The character, who by coincidence was named "Michael Bolton,' made this quote.

Now, I had this quote on the last page, but I don't think anyone solved it.

And speaking of easy, scarlett's quote is from Vivian on Pretty Woman. Not one of my favorite movies but I've seen it. My mother LOVES it.

John Wayne movie huh? Doesn't sound like a quote from a western, so I'll take a wild guess.. The only non-western I remember was "McQ".

Anime, I must admit that I am a little worried about you here. You have known two lines from two chick flick movies! Most men wouldn't have known either...hmmm....you've got some qualities going for you there!

It's not that I enjoy "chick flicks," but I've seen my share of them. Even Jeff Foxworthy admitted to seeing Steel Magnolias with his wife. ;)
