Disturbing New Trend: Teens Drinking Bleach to Pass Drug Test

http://parenting.families.com/blog/d...pass-drug-test

Is there a meter that measures STUPID. If not we need one. Where do the kids come up with these ideas.

Texasbelle 05-05-2007 11:38 AM

Umm...there is another trend involving bleach and folks you need to know about. Bootyhole bleaching Yes, yes yes you read it right. Apparently it's a growing thing among the college age and others. We heard about it at our office and didn't believe it so we called a plastic surgeon friend and yes it is true.

Can you imagine having that done??

And I thought waxing was bad. Why would anyone bleach their booty-hole. Is there that many folks going to be looking there.

Very wierd, Tbelle. :freaky:

Back in the military, we had regular urinalaysis tests to ensure no one was doing drugs of any kind. The military has ZERO TOLERANCE for drug abuse. If you test positive you are automatically out. Needless to say, we heard a lot of stories and excuses about ways to get around the testing.

One really lame one was drinking aloe. Despite being very bitter, or so I was told, it did NOT flush your system out. There were also two popular excuses used to try and justify testing positive: eating sesame seeds makes you test positive and supposedly 2nd-hand smoke from people doing drugs. Of course, the command knew better. It would take like a bathtub full of sesame seeds to have someone test positive on a urinalysis. And supposedly, 2nd hand smoke doesn't do it either (not sure about that one).

In short, if you want to pass a urinalysis, people, STOP DOING THE STUPID DRUGS!!!

Anime I found it very odd as well. I can't imagine why someone would go to the pain to do it. Because really who is going to actually be spending that much time looking there?

Neo 05-05-2007 12:16 PM

Sounds like if you want out of the military, do drugs, don't be gay

That was my thought too. Maybe a porn star or something. Then the procedure might also be a tax writeoff. :D

This has me thinking..Is that what Micheal Jackson did to his whole body?

piemaker720 05-05-2007 02:22 PM

I believe he did have some bleaching of the skin, so they say. But that still goes back to booty-bleaching get real. It's like bend over so I can see how white your butt is, PLEASE. That is one area I care not to examine, unles you are a baby and need a diaper change.

Texasbelle 05-05-2007 03:08 PM

Strange, Neo didn't have a thing to say about booty bleaching. Where is your opinion?

Drug testing is an invasion of privacy and rather useless. A drug test can't determine if you are high on the job, only if you have used within a specific time period.

...And personally, on Monday morning, I don't really care if you smoked some pot Friday night 2 weeks ago. You shouldn't be fired for that....

piemaker720 05-05-2007 05:20 PM

But Brain the problem is teens drinkig bleach to hide the fact. How do we say CORROSIVE

I kinda agree with you when it comes to pot, tobacco, or alcohol. But when it comes to crack, crank, and other serious drugs that more often than not lead to crime, I think a zero tolerance policy might not be a bad idea. If my bookeeper smoked crank last month, I want to know about it. My point is that if someone wants to distroy themselves, that is one thing, but if someone wants to take me down with them, that is another.

This sounds like it makes drug users more likely to seriously harm or kill themselves. Why is that a bad thing?

It's not unless they decide to take someone(s) else down with them. Then it is REALLY bad, if you ask me.

joepole 05-05-2007 06:36 PM

How does drinking bleach take someone else down?
