I'm so ready for the weekend. It's been a long week.

You said it! We have a sitter tomorrow night so I'm playing on the computer tonight and going "out on the town" tomorrow. LOL, we won't be going to Churches. ;) But maybe we will go to Carrabba's. We have never been there before.

Well I am child free forever lol and no I don't plan on being a grandmother anytime soon. Thank God no more sitters that was a pita when I had to find one.

Have fun on your date with your wife it's always good to get out w/o the kids. It makes the evening much more enjoyable most of the time. Check out Carrabba's you won't be disappointed.

LOL, we have a few years before we are "sitter free". Yes it is hard to find a good sitter that we trust enough to actually go out and relax and have a good time. If we eat at Carrabba's, I'll post a "review" on this site. Tonight I ate a Corn Dog at the bowling alley and it was pretty good. Not "factory made".. I think it was "dipped" in batter, like at the state fair. I really miss the old corn dogs and salt water taffy. Isn't the state fair coming soon? I haven't been in years..

LOL, you should come hang out more often Scarlett, not just Fridays! Maybe this site needs a "virtual bar" where we can have a drink and chat. I wonder if anybody has done that before? Maybe have 10 barstools and you get to choose which character you want to be as well as your chosen poison to drink. From there on out I guess it would be plain ole chat. Maybe it isn't so good of an idea.......

Honestly if the chat isn't in view of the message board people aren't going to use it. This is from my experience with message boards you can have a place to chat "live" people just don't use it they prefer the forum to post to. I guess so they can hide???? heh I don't know

I know I'll hang around here more often I just love Friday's so I couldn't resist posting.

Personally I like the 'permanence' of a forum compared to a live chat. We don't all have to be here at the SAME time to participate. Someone can come late to the party, and see what's been said, and then still contribute. I certainly think there are good uses for Instant Messaging type chats.

Time to dance around the fire. Kids almost over heard us planning to go out to
eat to night but the wife could see the look in my eye and covered the trail before she (daughter) knew what hit her. The kids when at home would like to bring boy friends and guess who pays. Life after kids if they only knew what me and the wife are up to they would die :-) TGIF !!

Ha, I beat you to it this week Scarlett! I hope you have a great weekend! I don't know where you are at the moment, but we are all freezing up here!

Right now i'm having a bit of cold weather myself, the norm here is actually 72-78 and it's getting into the 60's tonight brrr for here!

I do miss the 4 seasons a bit believe it or not. THe one thing we do have here is green grass year round and we can plant flowers too!

I'll trade you anytime! (But I'm ok with the cold weather as long as we don't have any ice storms) Well it's almost tini time!.................TGIF!! :D

we have a huge party tonight to go to. My neighbors are moving :( I really like them. They are originallyl from Longview, TX (small world eh?) and are moving to Dallas next week. Well he is moving she is staying till the house sells. Kinda like what happened to me last year UGH!

Bummer about the neighbors moving.. have fun at the party. TGIF!

Scarlet how is the diet coming? So I have been to the Keys 14 trips over the years and it is a great place to party. Good diving and good fishing and lots of tiki huts to get drinks. Good to see you back up on the board we have missed you. Have a key lime pie for me. See ya when ya get back.

My son's BD is tomorrow. It will be a day of bowling followed by either sushi or else crab from Joe's crab shack. It's his BD and that's what he wants! So I'm down wit it!

My birthday is at the end of this month, can I have joe's crab shack too? heh
