LAFAYETTE, La. (AP) - Callers to a Lafayette morning radio show Monday said they were embarrassed and angry that a woman groped country music star Tim McGraw after a performance this weekend in Lafayette. At the close of his set, McGraw walked between the barricade and the stage to hug, kiss and give high-5's to fans. A woman in the crowd groped him. He stopped and stared at her, his fury evident in the cold stare caught on concert cameras
Some people can be so stupid.

Whoa....go Faith!!! I just watched the video at tmz.com. Famous or not that woman should NOT have grabbed Tim's privates! I'd be p.o.ed too! Of course it would have to happen in LA!:o

Why would he be angry? He's in the business of being popular by being sexy.

Pocahontas 07-31-2007 10:13 AM

I know I'm taking the bait as rherts says BUT being sexy and famous doesn't give anybody the right to grope you! It would however make "decent" human beings upset and most likely angry, thus Tim and Faith's reaction to the situation.

joepole 07-31-2007 10:52 AM

Why would it make you upset? You're not hurt, nothing harmful was done to you.

If you make your living by being a mediocre singer that looks sexy, why would you be upset if a chick grabbed your unit through your pants?

Pocahontas 07-31-2007 12:40 PM

I was referring to Tim and Faith as the decent human beings that were hurt.
They seem to be happily married. IMO happily married couples (yours excluded) would not appreciate being groped or having your spouse groped.

joepole 07-31-2007 02:09 PM

How were they hurt? Especially her.

Isaac-Saxxon 07-31-2007 03:04 PM

Tim could have been hurt if she tried to pull start his engine

Typical male responses. I know if your wives were being groped by strangers you would not like it especially YOU Isaac!

Git'em Pokie, I'll back you up. Them men have bragging rights but mess with their woman and there will be hell to pay. They try to say different but it's like a caveman thing.[ grab his woman by the hair and take her home, after beating other person with their club. Ug Ug!]

joepole 07-31-2007 03:32 PM

Of course it's different for women. Men groping women represent a danger to the woman. A woman grabbing a unit through your pants does not.

Hey I'm a typical male! Don't forget about me! ;)

All this groping is making me horny.. How's that for a typical male response? Do I do my gender proud or what? :D

Yeah my opinion is no big deal, he gets paid well and fan attacks are part of the job, only I wish it happened in another state because I think we have a class image problem down here.
