Cindy Sheehan Quits as 'Face' of Anti-War Movement :bawl:
http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,275997,00.html
"This is my resignation letter as the 'face' of the American anti-war movement," Sheehan wrote. "I am going to take whatever I have left and go home. I am going to go home and be a mother to my surviving children and try to regain some of what I have lost."
Cindy Sheehan

Where are her Democratic buddies now that she has run her coarse ? The DNC used her and abused her now most of America both GOP and DNC has nothing for her. She has lost credibility with her family and all of America. She will never regain what she has lost :nono:

Now Jesse Jackson just looks thrilled beyond belief in that photo! LOL
I am very sorry this woman lost a son who knows how I would react if I lost a child? But I do know that it would NOT be at the expense of my other children and husband!!

BrainSmashR 05-29-2007 11:54 AM

Agreed, this woman threw away more than any war could ever take from someone.

Texasbelle 05-29-2007 11:57 AM

I think this woman was a victim of the Democratic National Convention. I wonder if they are helping her out now!

BrainSmashR 05-29-2007 12:03 PM

She's no more a "victim" of the DNC than the welfare queen standing in line at the free health clinic.

They CHOSE to be that way.

Right or wrong

Right or wrong..

I hope none of us ever have to experience such a thing.. the death of one our young children.

No telling what people would be saying about me.. but I'm sure either a raving lunatic, or just plain catatonic.

Right or wrong.. her and her family, made the ultimate sacrifice. I won't speak ill of anyone in such a situation, regardless of how they react to such loss.

just my .02

:peace:

Texasbelle 05-29-2007 08:48 PM

Well said Latenight. I don't think we can begin to judge her actions for what she did in the depths of unspeakable grief that none of us who have not lost a child can not begin to imagine.

BrainSmashR 05-30-2007 06:17 AM

LOT'S of mother's lost their children in the war on terror....I believe the official count is over 25,000 in Iraq alone. I don't see them making asses of themselves over and over again!

There's a difference between being a grieving mother and a SORRY AMERICAN who can't accept the choices her son made as an adult in a country where we're fortunate enough to have freedom of choice.

Texasbelle 05-30-2007 06:46 AM

Brain, you don't have children so therefore you certainly haven't lost a child. Don't even begin to try and judge her actions. I don't agree with anything that she has done or said by no stretch BUT I will not stand and judge her for them. She has to live with it not me. I do believe that a bunch of bleeding heart liberals were behind most of her actions while she was in the throes of grief.

So please until you have held a precious baby that is your very own and loved it and raised it and can understand the emotions I am referring to, DON'T JUDGE HER EMOTIONS.

BrainSmashR 05-30-2007 06:54 AM

Actually I have every right to be judgmental of this pitiful excuse for a human being and her efforts at undermining our government AND the war effort....as far as I'm concerned her actions were/are borderlining treason and she should have been thrown in prison from the very beginning.

As far as being a puppet, well maybe she should have listened to her family instead of alienating her remaining child and divorcing her husband....again HER fault.

Isaac-Saxxon 05-30-2007 07:04 AM

She is a nut case. Her family ask her NOT to do what she did. I am sure if her son was still alive he would not approve. I have a right to discern good from bad and this woman was very bad hell she even looks crazy. She should be in jail or the funny farm. I have kids and would morn the loss of one them and even get mad but NEVER would I turn Anti American like she did. She did loose all credibility and doubt she will ever get it back. Good riddance

Texasbelle 05-30-2007 07:04 AM

Well you know what Brain if we are going to throw her in prison for treason for her actions, I guess we should bury Shrillary and the 14 other Senators who voted against the war funding bill under the jail last week for their actions. This country is about free speech and all she did was speak. She didn't DO anything. She just ran her mouth like she had a bad case of diarrhea much like you do many times.

joepole 05-30-2007 10:36 AM

She's an ******* and wrong about pretty much everything, but nothing she did was remotely treasonous. Do you people even know what that word means?

Texasbelle 05-30-2007 10:54 AM

I do but apparently Brain doesn't. Otherwise the jails would be full of people who speak out against the government and the crime would be treason!!!
