What is this world coming to?

This is the kind of kid that needs an old-fashion ass whipping. Something he probably had not had enough of. You know there is a difference between an old-fashion ass whipping and a beating. There are a lot of kids that could use one. I was never one to really whip my kids, but what they got they remembered.
