300lb man falls on woman & breaks her back
 

Apparently at a Mets game a 300 lb drunk man fell on a woman during the game, broke several vertebrae in her back, and now she is suing him and the organization.

That is horrible. Poor woman, they probably won't find him.

Wow that reads like a Seinfeld episode! Something to ponder if the man had not been drunk and it was clearly an accident would she still have sued? Her injuries were severe and costly...just a thought.:confused:

I didn't even think a 300lb man could fit in one of those teeny tiny fold down statium seats. Or maybe he bought two tickets! One fold down seat for each cheek, with the arm rest up the middle..... :D

You are right Pokie. It does sound like an episode of Seinfeld. Can you imagine having to explain to people how you got injured? I am not sure anybody would believe my story without laughing first. I can just hear it now..
