I do like the can tuna fixed this way: tuna drained, add salt, pepper, chopped onions, beaten egg, flour, mix, then fry. Very good.:D

My current fav is Tuna Oscar as served at the Kona Cafe in the Polynesian Resort at WDW. (Just got back from spending Christmas there.) I'm going to try to recreate this here at home.

Tuna Oscar served with Fried Green Tomatoes, Tempura-Fried Jumbo Lump Crab, Wasabi Hollandaise and Asparagus.

That looks real good :lick: I might just have to try making that dish. I have the crab meat and tuna just need the green toms and I will be having tuna oscar :D

Not a fan of raw tuna myself, but I do prefer grilled tuna steaks over the canned variety. I can eat a tuna sandwich for lunch with mayo, apples, relish, celery, and Tony's.
