N.Y. man who was fired for visiting adult chat, room at work sues IBM for $5 million
 

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. (AP) — A man who was fired by IBM for visiting an adult chat room at work is suing the company for $5 million, claiming he is an Internet addict who deserves treatment and sympathy rather than dismissal.

James Pacenza, 58, of Montgomery, says he visits chat rooms to treat traumatic stress incurred in 1969 when he saw his best friend killed during an Army patrol in Vietnam.

Maybe the adult chat rooms are his problem and IBM is helping him by not enabling him to chat. Scarlett it is good to see you starting a thread twice in a week. Are your eyes really that color :eek:

I agree and his lawsuit I hope he looses. Admit you have a problem and get help don't try to blame someone else for it. So many people just can't live up to their problems.

As for my eye color that's my favorite color but not it's not my eye color:D
