There is no punishment harsh enough for these people. I can not begin to imagine the pain these parents are enduring. My heart and prayers go out to them.

Going by the old law it would be the right of the family to choose and carry out the penalty for this. I know when I got through with him he would have wished for jail time and I know he would never do it again
He would not be here to do the crime again.
