Sometimes it sounds like as much punishment for taxpayers and victims than it is for the criminals. Sorry if I sound cynical today. It's just a horrible story and not enough good news around here to talk about.

rhetz you have every right to feel that way because of the bleeding hearts that have made the system this way it was not that way 60 years ago it was a speedy trial and a short rope.
