Yes, this particular case involved a grown-up with absolutely no connection to the school or the students. Yeah, he certainly had plenty of time to "get over it", no question about that. This exact same scenerio played out in Canada last week I believe? If its not a tormented and bullied student its a disgruntled adult looking for easy targets.
