That is the "politically correct" stance - separation of God and state and all that. However our money literally says "In God we trust".. Not in "Allah, or Budda, or the sun we trust, etc." Our history is rooted deeply in Christianity, and there is little doubt that the UK and USA are largely seen as Christian nations relatively speaking compared to other nations. (How many Christian churches exist in Shreveport/Bosser verses mosques, synagogs, and mosileums, etc.) I'm just saying that most of our forefathers who founded this country were Christians and imparted "the word" into our government, like it or not. "Life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness" are not muslim, communist, socialist, buddist, facist, or voodoo principles. Please name all the political and religious concepts that embrace our core principles of Life, Liberty, and Pursuit of Happiness. The list is short and growing shorter in my humble opinion.
