I must admit to not following any of our local officials very closely.. But as far as the city suffering financially... didn't Hightower put Shreveport into some HEAVY DEBT ?? WHOEVER won this election.. the new mayor was going to have to do something about all that debt. But as rhertz has said.. Congrats to Glover and I wish him all the best.. and I hope he can do some good for Shreveport.
