I hope we don't get hit again either,but for personal reasons. La. coast can't handle multiple hurricanes. It devastates the fish and the crawfish industry. To hell with the political ramifications. That doesn't help us.

My business actually benefits from hurricanes. Not directly, but an after effect. The Southeast and East coast have a lot more to loose structurally than we do, but we can't afford any more coast line erosion and saltwater influx in our marshes and lowlands. That is what is killing La. along with the good old boy politicts.
