I was listening to Hannity today and he had a guy on who has written a book about why banning weapons was a bad idea, etc. The guy referenced the first school shooting in Pearl, Mississippi. He stated that the reason that only two people died in the incident was that an assistant principal of the school kept a firearm in his vehicle. When the shooting started, the principal ran a 1,000 yards (because according to the gun laws he had to park that far from the school with a weapon in his vehicle), got the pistol, ran back to the school and was able to shoot the shooter and hold him for five more minutes until the police finally got to the school. Had the principal not done this, they were not sure how many more students would have died. The speaker on Hannity today though was using the story to point out that if you Google the story you will not find much about the principal and how he actually stopped the incident. Most every news organization omits the part about his gun. He said the only newspapers that dared to print the truth were the very small newspapers right around the incident. Every other organization choose to ignore that detail and bow down to the anti gun pressure.

I found it to be fascinating in the story how the truth was concealed so that liberals can get their way and the media is so present in this. It's just sickening.
