2: Any uniformed person or official employee who attempts to enforce a law or local ordinance upon you.
3: Any Official employee who denies you or your family any manner of free government stipend (i.e. welfare, food stamps, etc.).
4: Any person who uses words reserved solely for your race.
5: Any person who prosecutes, attends a jury, or presides over the prosecution of yourself or any member of your race.
6: Anyone who disagrees with Jessie Jackson and/or Al Sharpton.
7: Anyone who agrees with Bill Cosby and Alvin F. Poussaint.
8: Anyone who does not support the NAACP.
9: Anyone who dislikes rap music or supports the removal of it from store shelves.
10: Anyone who believes your car should not emit loud thunderous music for a 5 mile radius.
11: Anyone who believes your pants should be worn so that your underwear cannot be seen by the public.
12: Anyone who believes large gold teeth or heavy gold jewelry is gaudy.
13: Anyone who owns or displays a noose for any reason, regardless of context or event.
14: Any employer who dismisses you from employment for any reason.
15: Any employer who does not employ at least half of his/her staff from your race, regardless of local demographic availability.
16: Any person who is unable to comprehend street slang or ebonics or denies these are legitimate languages.
