It's easy Pokey. Just highlight (select) everything after the "watch?v=" part.... In this case, kQMOZNtEUg.. Then "copy" it.

Finally click on the symbol and do a "paste". If successful, you should see something like this:

[ YT]kQMOZNtEUg[/YT ]

Only it will appear like this after you hit "submit reply":
