Wine has nitrates or nitrites or something like that. It gives me a headache. Red wines have tanins that also make me hung over. I wish I liked wine but the fact is that wine doesn't like me.
When I can afford it, Grey Goose is the nectar of the Gods. Vodka is pure and clear, and clean and doesn't stir up my allergies.
When it comes to the "hard stuff", moderation is the key.
