You currently have no "rep power" That won't happen until you reach a total of 100 posts. you are currently at 98, so only 2 more posts to go!
your "rep power" indicates how much of an influence you'll have on someone's rep power when and if you choose to do so. The icon is hard to see, but on each post, under the user's name and avatar, you'll see some small icons, one of which looks like a justice "scale". Clicking on this will allow you to choose whether you approve or disapprove of someone's post. You can choose to leave an anonymous comment as well. These anonymous comments will show up on that users Profile page for them to see. Etc etc.. sounds more complicated than it is.
