so I gave up on Cingular quite awhile back.. now since then, I've heard that Cingular was supposed to be improving things in our area.. putting up some new towers.. and routing calls locally as opposed to somewhere else ?

I've talked to a few people who are with Cingular recently, and I've asked "so does it still suck?" and they say no, and that they haven't had "any" problems.. which I personally find hard to believe.. but I wonder if it's gotten any better ?
