Groundbreaking next month for first phase of Cyberspace Center

Groundbreaking is planned in Bossier City next month for the civilian counterpart of the Air Force's Cyber Command, which appears headed for Barksdale Air Force Base.
Officials plan to build the Cyberspace Innovation Center on a 58-acre site on East Texas Street near the north side of the base.
Groundbreaking would be on the first phase of the center.

This all sounds like very good news.. I wonder if there's been any more news regarding the original announcement made the other day..

They never specified about the 'interim' or 'provisionally' ....
