Rhertz's wife's Jalapeño Corn Soup

1 Tube frozen creme corn
1 Chopped fresh Jalapeño (no seeds)
1 small chopped fresh vidalia onion
1 cup milk
1 cup water
2 tbps Country Crock
1 tsp dried dill
1 chicken bouillon cube

Place corn and water in pot and heat on medium until melted. Stir in rest of ingredients and simmer until you are ready to eat.

yeah you might want to vary the amount of water and/or milk to get to the right consistency for the "soup" you like. Also the dill was a real twist with the jalapeno. You might like it or not. The jalapeno adds quite a bit of pepper flavor to the soup. If you cut out the seeds and white part, it is "warm" rather than "hot".

Onions and peppers sound like a trip to the couch for the night after I eat that. Does sound very good but could be some side effects

Well there are always "tame" jalapeno's... Although I find that if I cut all the seed and white part out of the normal jalapeno, then it is quite mild. The hot part is the white stuff.

Onions.. well put in as little or as much as you like.
