Supreme Court Ruling Will Not Impact Caddo Schools
The issue came up in Caddo parish in 2005. The U-S 5th Circuit court's decision in 2005 regarding a Caddo middle magnet student prompted the school board to make changes that would foreshadow today's Supreme Court ruling.

It is about time for the courts to take a stand THANK YOU President Bush for picking good judges for the Supreme Court. It is time to stop holding back students because of their race and stop pushing ahead unqualified students because of their race Magnet Schools should be there for those who can past the test. Hey maybe both test The others will find it easier to graduate their local schools because the teaching can be aimed at their level of learning.
