The media had their way with this one
These people have to live with what happened and for the police to jump on it like they did is because it made the national news. No parent is perfect and this case they where sleeping when this happened and with out a trial they spent time in jail and had there child taken from them a now have to plead guilty to charges that make the police look like they did there job. BS ! George Orwell is alive and well.

Wild animals do not make good pets
We have domestic pets such as dogs and cats and even they can be quite the problem in the hands of people that neglect them and make them mean. I had a coon for a pet as a kid and a skunk that had his stinker removed and those guys never ever where totally tame and the coon got more aggressive with age and we bought them from a pet store as babies. They say a coon can live for years in captivity and be released in the wild and do just fine. The skunk was just moody as a ferret and some had some wicked teeth. My point is that we spent a bunch of time with them and they still where never totally tame.

John Law will have his way no matter what
Public office and public servants always trying to make a name for themselves and at the cost of common hard working folks. This case reaks of PC and the police got a feather in their hat. Woooooooooooo !!!!
