Oh NO, not again!

Over the years, there have been many, many explosions out there. Back in the old days, when missle warheads and artillery rounds were manufactured there, there were some serious incidents. Entire assembly lines would go up in an earth-shakin KABOOM! The floors in these buildings were coated in rubber, because even a tiny spark of static electricity could wipe out the whole damn kit and kaboodle. Well, it happened anyway...and with some regularity. I was a security/police officer out there back in the day, and left shortley after the "Goex" black powder makers showed up. Times like these Im glad I dont work there anymore. There were some good people there in those days..hope theyre all ok.

One person experienced heat exhaustion, but Thompson said there have been "no significant injuries" from the blasts. An ambulance has left the scene, but there were no reports on who or what it transported from the area.
Sounds like everyone got out alright.
So AL, any explosions while you were working out there ?

Well Shreve,
I had heard the veterans talking about explosions that had occured back in the 60s and 70s I think. There were no accidental explosions when I was there , however, there were a few planned ones. But, shortly after I left, there was a memorable explosion..thereve been a few since.
