Red River Revel
So anybody make it to the REVEL yet ? sorry to say I haven't. But for me, these festivals are one of the things that makes living in the area worth it..
A festival in OCTOBER... what could be BETTER ! I hope to make it down there a few times before it's over. KTBS.COM has listed a schedule.. of happenings going on down at the REVEL. |

We spent the better part of Sunday down there with the kids, and had a good time. Most of the artists are regulars from years past, so if you liked what you've seen in prior revels, you'll enjoy the faire this year.
As usual, the food is great, as long as your stomach can handle the extra fat/grease. Pack a tube of tums and have a good time. and by the way, remember the sunscreen if you go during the day. Even on the overcast days a few hours in the sun is enough to give you a pretty decent burn. |
