I remember seeing the e-mail about this years ago. It was dispicable to read. I can't believe people are actually doing this. That is just sick!

This reminds me of a case many years ago where a dentist infected his patients with HIV on purpose. Or maybe that was an urban legend or something, I can't remember. Just sick.

Anyhow, I think this is a form of terrorism if you ask me. I know I will think twice before grabbing a wad of TP in a public restroom ever again.

I'd be weary of just about anything I touch in public. The e-mail, I remember, was about a woman who went to the movie theaters and sat in a chair that had such a pin (and note) taped to the underside of the seat so when she sat down, the pin would stick her on the calf side of her leg. I also remember another that was stuck in the coin slot of a payphone.

And lets not forget the one about the needle being hidden in the handle of the gas hose at a service station. I wear leather work gloves EVERY time I pump my gas, and I always look closely where I stick my hands or fingers before I touch something...always keep a small flashlight to check out theater seats before I sit down. Anyone that knows me knows I do these things. I stopped caring a long time ago if people thought my actions odd. I remember a few years ago, my wife noticed that before I used any sort of canned drink or food, I would wash the tops of the cans with isopropyl alcohol and then water before I opened them. She thought I was strange, so one day she told her nurse buddies about it and asked them if THEY thought I was weird. They all said the same thing...that its just plain wise. Canned goods sit around in rat-infested warehouses and end up with all manner of germs on them, and unless you dont mind a little rat or roach fecal matter getting into your food or drink you'd best disinfect the cans.

Oh, and if/when they catch the bastard that did this, they should take a blowtorch to the soles of his/her feet and work their way up...and take their time doing it.
