Doesn't surprise me. I go to the Boardwalk every week for Sushiko or some Bering Sea Crabs from Joe's... I haven't stepped foot on a casino boat in years. I'm a small businessman. I gamble enough each day as is...

that all sounds great for the Boardwalk.. I like the place too.. but the 'boardwalk' as a "Destination choice" ?? I just can't imagine a whole lot of folks coming in from out of town to go shopping at the Boardwalk.. compared to the folks coming in from out of town to Gamble ?
If the boardwalk surpassed the casinos for a destination choice.. trips into Shreveport/Bossier from out of town must be way down ?? Shoot, I hope I'm wrong about that. ?? |

Outlet malls are always a thing to scope out especially for ladies. That is something my girls and I do anytime we go out of town. I think the Boardwalk's close proximity to I 20 is quite enticing.

Headed there this weekend to take in a Movie and grab a bite to eat. Quite a few new eateries in the area.
