He should be under fire. This is something that is not passed with a cough or a hand shake. Maybe they should offer it but to make all of the girls take this
shot I think it is wrong.

Amen! I agree with my former governor on many issues, but this is not one of them. It taints the innocence of children, and endorses a mentality of treating the symptoms rather than preventing the disease.

People generally don't just catch HPV and cervical cancer, it's basically an STD or an infection caused by promiscuous behavior.

I had a conversation recently with someone who said the creative class was hit hard by AIDS in the early 90s, as if it were something unavoidable.

Until we are willing to change our behavior, we will continue to fight diseases like HPV and HIV/AIDS. If we ever conquer those, another disease will develop.
