Volunteering Can Add Years To Your Life
Chester Williams has a heart condition, but that doesn't stop him from waking up every morning and volunteering his time to sick kids at Shriners Hospital for Children in Shreveport. He says visiting with them each day keeps him young and healthy!

I have volunteered for years in the public schools. I miss it now that I have a high schooler and am not needed as much! I also volunteer with a local teen project in BC that is dealing with older kids. It's nice to help out!
