Recipe: Hope Rhertz likes it

Pastalaya

3 lbs. Pork 3 lbs. spaghetti
3 lbs. boneless Chicken 1 onion, chopped
3 lbs. smoked sauage 3 sticks celery, chopped
1/2 lb. bacon 1 bell pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped 1/2 cup shallots
Lea & Perrins to taste 1 can golden mushroom soup
1/2 - 1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
salt & pepper to taste

Use a black cast iron pot only. Cook down bacon and set bacon aside. Leave bacon grease in pot and cook cut up pok, chicken, and sauage. Add garlic, onions,celery, bell pepper, and shallots and continue to cook. In seperate boiler cook spaghetti until done. To meat mixture add mushroom soup, Lea & perrins, kitchen bouquet, cover and cook 10 minutes. Add spaghetti, salt and pepper,1/4 cup water, cook 20 minutes, stirring occasionaly.
Serves about 25 people. Cut recipe in half for smaller group.

LOL I might have to cut that recipe in quarters.

Sounds good though. Anything with that much fat has to be good.
