Told to start with a virtual blank slate, Shreveport Mayor Cedric Glover, the City Council and a roomful of local officials gathered Monday for the formidable task of revamping the city's property standards enforcement system.

Shreveport has needed this "clean-up" for a long time. I hope they are actually able to accomplish something and it's not just a lot of $ passed around without anything to show for it.
