Monty Wolford with Tom Pace on new Millennium Film Studio in Shreveport 4-22-08Posted by: Tom Pace - April 22, 2008
Shreveport City Councilman Monty Wolford talked "One-on-One" with Tom Pace from "The Talk of the Town" about the new Millennium-Ledbetter Film Studio to be built in downtown Shreveport, Louisiana. Wolford joined Mayor Cedric Glover, Millennium Films' "Mick" Flannigan and other dignitaries in the ceremonial groundbreaking Tuesday, April 22nd, 2008.
Woldford told Pace he believes this facility has been a "long-time coming to Shreveport" ...and he believes it will breathe some new life into the downtown area.
The permanent studio facility will be located at 300 Douglas Street, just behind the First United Methodist Church at the head of Texas Street, in Shreveport.
