It's called "Triumph Over Tragedy," and it 's happening now thru April of 2010 across the Northern Part of Louisiana along the I-20 Corridor.

Executive Director for the Shreveport Regional Arts Council (SRAC) Pam Atchison conducted a news conference Friday, October 16th, 2009 at the downtown Red River Revel offices announcing all the details.
