Bossier Marshal Johnny Wyatt Talks with Tom Pace About the Recent Internet Sexual Predator ArrestsPosted by: Tom Pace - June 16, 2008
Bossier City's Marshal, Johnny Wyatt held a news conference Monday, June 16th, 2008 at the Benton Parish Courthouse to outline three recent local arrests by the Northwest Lousiana Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force.
Accompanied by Bossier District Attorney Schulyer Marvin and other area law enforcement ICAC Team members, Wyatt said the problem of sexual predators continues to grow.
Marshal Wyatt talked "One-on-One" with Tom Pace from "The Talk of the Town," about the rise in arrests, and a recent grant offered to the ICAC Task Force.
Wyatt also reminded parents of the ICAC Team's new website:
http://www.MarshalsForKids.com/ That website gives 24/7 access for kids and their parents about how to avoid being a victim of sexual predators on the internet.
